Foundation is the entry-level certification. It’s designed to provide individuals with an understanding of the basic principles, terminology, and framework of PRINCE2 Agile.

Foundation is for professionals involved in projects that use a combination of PRINCE2 and Agile methods. It’s most suitable for:

Foundation covers the following topics: 

• The concepts and principles of PRINCE2 and Agile

You don’t need any prior qualifications or experience to take the Foundation training.

Foundation takes a total of 3 days.

Exams are taken remotely via a web proctor.

PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam format:

• Objective testing

• Multiple-choice paper that lasts 1 hour

• 50 questions with a pass mark of 28 (55%)

• Closed-book exam

After completing Foundation, the next step is the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course.

Practitioner emphasises practical application in more complex project scenarios.
